Formats – EPUB + PDF are bundled in one ZIP file—open on any e-reader or reading app.
Link Stays Live 30 Days – Re-download anytime from that email or from your customer account.
Need It Again? – Lost the email or the 30 days expired? Forward your order confirmation to sales@kaylamariegomez.com and I’ll reactivate the link, free.
Final Sale – Digital purchases aren’t refundable, but file issues or accidental double buys will be fixed within 14 days.

Print Books – Return within 30 days if the book is still new; you cover return postage.
Damaged or Wrong Item – Email a photo within 7 days and I’ll replace or refund, my treat.
eBooks – All digital sales are final (files can’t be “un-downloaded”), but I’ll fix double purchases or file errors reported within 14 days.
Refund Speed – Approved refunds hit your original payment method in 5 business days or less.
